If you know anyone who wants to be kept well informed, about global and national events from a progressive-liberal perspective AND is considering taking up cycling, then tell them that tomorrows' (sat) Guardian will have a special 92 page cycling guide.

I had a letter in there once. It lacked any political insight and failed to make any astute social observations. It was neither progressive nor liberal. I also had to sign off using my birthplace so the joke would work.

The Grauniad archive search is quite good though, and you can see it here http://football.guardian.co.uk/Fiver/0,,1647658,00.html - just keep scrolling until you get to the last of the Fiver Letters.
