Had an email to chose which breifing to go to for the marshaling duties for the Tour, anybody else doing this?

I sent all the names from ACC that expressed an interest in marshaling to BC, with a request that we are all placed together at a point (say Tunbridge Wells) and the reply came back that they (TFL) are not interested in groups of people and would only consider 2 people at the same position. :evil:

I will be going out to watch, hopefully together with a band of Agreeables, not strung out along the route.

So for my money they (TFL) can ********

And just for the record, they haven't contacted me yet :!:

I shall join you. I have to say I decided not to offer my service when they said we couldn't marshal in the same area.

I agree, I'd rather be with a group of ACC'rs than strung out...but then that might be a security risk as we might stage a demonstration across the road so we will have to intermingle with joe public before joining up to wish the good fellows along..... :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:
