New aero wheels on a budget

Postby Rob C » Mon Jun 11, 2007 10:41 am

All,

Any suggestions? I've got a pair of Spinergy 50mm rims aero wheels but having taken them out of a travel bag recently the rims on the front wheel have pulled apart at a weld(?). Seems like a good excuse to get a new pair. Any ideas, ideally I'd like to spend as little as possible, I'd like them to be new though. So far I've seen the Planet X 50mm jobbies for £520. Is there a better alternative? I'm going to be using them for TTs and triathlons. I've seen those 4 spoke Xentis jobbies but they're a little over budget if I'm being honest with myself.

Cheers

Those Planet-X wheels are probably the biggest bang for your buck around at the moment. See quite a lot of them around at TT's.
