I reckon so, yes - I joined ACC (officially e.g. subs) at last year's Presidents 10, paying immediately after the time-trial

I think normal ruling for a Club TT is you ask the organiser very nicely if someone can enter for a private time trial. Usually allowed in as long as there is a spare place but if any club members turn up and want a ride then the private has to give up their spot.

Good manners used to dictate that if you weren't in the club's kit then you rode in plain kit rather than another clubs but alas standards are slipping these days.

Is it time to sign up for Presidents 10? I have unfinished business with that course. I am meant to be doing a sprint tri next day though, hmm. Getting addicited to this endorphin stuff ;)

Membership of a CTT registtered club is the key point - for insurance purposes. There is the option of joining HQ before the testers shout me down, but I won't push that one any further, and overseas restrictions, and schools in a GHS event ....YAWN

It is a "Type B Club Event" - entry restricted to members of the promoting club and their guest riders

Who we invite, basically provided they are a member of a club is up to us.

If we have a full field for the President's 10, priority will be given to fully paid-up Addiscombe 1st claim members, then 2nd claim members, then guests.

Want to do the 10 - what do I have to do/fill out etc? If you're wearing the dress Snoop I'll wear the Captain Jack outfit!!! - took quite a shine to that frilly shirt number.

Carole - you don't need to fill out owt  . I believe your request will now be chucked in the (pirate's) hat.

I've never done the Pres 10 - I've always been away when it's on. Right now I don't know if I'm around that weekend or not. What I do know is if I am - the dress is staying firmly in the wardrobe this time! I may try to think of some other excuse to post a sloooow time mind  .

Cheers - Snoop
