No problem with the way you were going on the bike Antloony, just the decision to have an 11-21 cassette on the back for going up Toys, even with a compact chainset that's asking for trouble :lol: .

This is true, do shimano make a 35-75?

I didn't realise how steep Toys is otherwise I'd have chucked a bigger cassette on the back. :oops: (I looked like this smiley most the way up)

Im thinking my climbing needs a little work....new years resolution there I think.

To get out on the bike more;

to graduate to the Gentlemen's 19 CR

commute to work 3x a week (once it's a little warmer, lighter in the mornings, there isn't an "R" in the month etc);

Complete Dragon and Etape in respectable, no, massively impressive, time for age group, gender, weight etc

To be elsewhere than on computer like total saddo on New Year's Eve

1. To stop being such a lazy arse and to get out on my bike no matter what!!!!!

2. To actually use the gym for which I pay an extortionate amount for every month!!!!

3. To stop eating all things junk - this may be the hardest as I'm a sucker for a 'Twirl'

4. To get into the 18's - was supposed to be by xmas but after my performance on the club run this may take a little longer :shock:

5. To improve on the 10 and 25 times from this year.

6. To beat Tamar - this may take more than a year to achieve, may have to wait until she's old and crinkly!! :P

7. TO STOP HAVING BABIES :x

1.To try and get back into shape. (rather than the pud that I am)

2.Put more miles in each week. (At least 60 excluding CR)

3.Win an On line game on my Xbox 360 Call of duty 4.

4.To be riding with the 18's by easter and 19's by summer.

5.MORE DREADED HILL WORK as this is my least favorite of riding.

Carole I agree with you I said NO plenty of times and have 4 kids its not always the safest way I guess. :) better to go out on your bike I think.
