What longs?

I need to buy some winter longs, as my favourite pair are so old they've worn out in the saddle region. Anyone got any suggestions that fit the bill as follows:

1. OK from about 15 down to a few deg.C (I stay inside if it's sub zero).
2. Ideally with a bib, but not so high that it makes toilet visits traumatic.
3. No chamois, because I wear shorts underneath.
4. Not mega pricey.

dhb. Excellent - cheap and very comfy. No footloops but have zipped ankle cuffs, and also a zip at the front of the bib for easier access.

You don't need a bib, you're a very tidy eater. You didn't spill a drop @ ACC Dinner or SCCU Dinner.

Jon I use the standard Santini bib tights from butlers

I use them all winter

no chamois padding under your Kyber pass

easy for a jimmy riddle

and not too much spondulics

So Jon that's 4 choices thus far (that'll teach you). I have to say that given I'm the slowest rider by far to have responded it goes without saying that the PI tights must have life giving thermal properties to keep me alive for the zillions of hours it takes me to get anywhere!

I missed the no pad bit so you can forget the dhbs (although they are very good) for your ponderings.

Longs in 15 degrees? What are you Jon, hardcore northerner or continental pro?

I've had some Lusso Repels for about 3 winters now. The zip has finally gone, but they've been toasty warm in the coldest weather (well, the coldest weather you'd catch me riding in).

I got some Santinis this year, which the ladies at work tell me are a really good fit . Not as warm as the Lussos, but that hasn't been a problem this year. Yet.

I use Lusso Repels when it is a bit chilly, or wet - they are great but a bit warm above 5 degrees or so.
