Sunday MTB Rides

Postby Roastbeef » Tue Apr 22, 2008 10:57 am

Hi, I'm interested in finding out more about the Sunday MTB rides that start from East Croydon Station.
How do I know if and when they are on?
Thanks

Hi

I'm new and not ridden with the club before so 'fraid I can't answer your questions, but just to say I am keen to join the MTB ride on Sundays if there are going to be any soon.

Hi guys

I'm one of few mtbers here on't forum, sadly away on't travels at the moment so cannot currently lead rides. I'm unsure of the situation of rides currently happening, you may wish to pm sylv or marco and find out, but come the end of may/beginning of june, I'll be round and about leading rides on a sunday morning.

Basically keep your eyes on the forum and try to find the mtb posts through all the mess  hehe and something will pop up sooner or later

Have either of you two done much riding before??

Great to hear there will be some rides when you get back, Stu - look forward to it. And yes, I've done a bit, but don't get out nearly as much as I would like.

Thanks for the reply Stu, I'll keep trawling the forum for updates.
I've done some riding, but not a lot - I blame that on not knowing any local places or people to ride with.
Cheers

East Croydon is best for me as I'll have to come on the train. Certainly up for the 1st June. Also very interested in the away days - love the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains - but maybe need to do a couple of local rides first.
