Put this here in the hope that more people will see it and possibly pass it on to those concerned if needed.

I have just driven round the course for this event tomorrow. They have put loose chippings on about a 2 mile section. It starts just past the downhill section following the Bell PH and goes on through the downhill bends and goes on until the next hill by the farm if that makes sense. There are loose chippings everywhere. It has just been done because I was down there last night aswell. There are signs saying max speed 10mph.

I am estimating that by the time I hit that bit of road I will be getting up to 30mph+ It was bad enough in the wet the last time and I found it hairy then.

I will not be riding as I think it is dangerous. I have contacted the organiser.

If anybody who reads this can contact Ben and Tamar/Keith so they can make their own decisions.
