I know that this may not always be the case and that others may have different experience, but I just wanted to compliment this company on their excellent service.

Ordered an item online on 24/06/08 at 14:19 and it arrived the following morning (25/06/08) at 11:00am :D :D :D :D :D

Once I've fought my way through all the MTB stuff cluttering up their web-site, I've found them to be pretty good too. [At this point Marco tells me I should just get a mountain bike.] They're a good source of less common items too - replacement spokes, 9-speed cassettes, that sort of thing.

yup I'll second, er third, that.
also had no troubles with wiggle, who've been excellent for no-quibble returns and dotbike.com, who seem to have some more hard-to-get stuff.
