Ok, so going out on my bike means I suffer a hernia and worn out hips......better stop now and start eating lots of junk food - wouldn't want to be healthy and suffer all those injuries

Track fever is here alright. There was an ITV film crew at Herne Hill tonight to catch the increase in interest due to the Olympics. There was about 15 for the induction and about another 20 doing the rounds.
