Interesting to read about Nik Bowdler's training, nothing revolutionary, but hey ho can't beat it I guess if you have the time. Clocked at 50mph during one race

Mind you the only thing that Nik and I have in common is that neither of us own a powermeter or a turbo. Shame the similarities end there.

I had a quick skim and it looked very good, will print it at work on the laser printer to read it properly.

It's a real heath-robinson looking stem and tri-bar arrangement he uses.
