A short story
I run a blog within the walls of my employer. I wrote a piece which attracted a lot of attention, well a few 000 hits. I started playing a numbers game. Quickfire contributions - that's what they want I thought. So I guffed away and let my standards drop. Lo, the numbers dropped.
I paused. I re-evaluated. I started again and focussed on quality. I stopped looking at the numbers for a good while (and yes, that was v hard indeed). I had a look again t'other day - naughty naughty. Slayin' em dude. Now - back to work.....whatever.
