2hr 48min, phew! I'll claim the age 50-plus Marathon, in 1987,at 3hr 8min 28sec. Half-marathon time about then, 1hr 25min 44sec, 10K 40min 8 sec.

This year:
2.51.45 Paris Marathon
1.18.07 Sussex Beacon Half
Not done a 10K on its own, but posted 35.51 for the 10K at the end of the Hamburg Olympic Distance Triathlon.
5k 15.42 Surrey Road Relays
