I would have but I left Crawley @ 5:20am and headed down to Bognor...Went past the 10 course very quiet at that time in the morning.

Eventually ended up with 4.5hrs @ 20.7mph avg.

Wanna join me Sean next time you said you wanted to tip your toes in the 20's?

As a bit of a geek with my new Garmin I thought I would publish details of today's club ride. I went from CS with the advertised 20mph group doing the shorter through and off and returned via Merstham to CS

There

1.09 mins, 27.77 miles, ave - 21.08 mph, 137 bpm, max - 33.07 mph, 165 bpm, 1889 cal

Back

47 mins, 15.57 miles, ave - 19.85 mph, 146 bpm, max - 32.24 mph, 169 bpm, 1071 cal

Oh, and I enjoyed the ride 8)

Alan,

It's a shame the Garmin doesn't point out traffic cones in the road!!!!!!!!!!!

That was a close shave and a good recovery man!
