Congratulations England on winning the Ashes.

Just got back from my 3rd consecutive day at The Oval, feeling pretty wasted and tired. Now gotta pack for an early start as i'm off for a weeks cycling in the French Alps. Just hoping that all my training in the past few weeks has not been ruined by 3 days of Cider drinking.
