Down nice and early to Broadbridge Heath for this fast 10 course. I was the only ACC rider present.

No wind whatsoever although it was a little cool at 6am and wasn't that fast a day as you can see from the times. Christian Yates could only muster a 22.19

I really didn't get the power down for this one and felt rubbish, I should have easily ridden much better, still had a fair time and a good threshold session, my 4th race this week

Eve Keith felt he didn't ride too well, probably saving his legs for the 100 tomorrow morning. Good luck everyone for the SCCU 100!!
