Guess so and I'd also guess young Mr Mullen may well be scooped up by the British academy if he's knocking out a 19.14 10 at 15 years old. hutch has been after this record for a while so it's nice that he got it even if just by a second, I wonder if Wiggins or Thomas will have a crack at it.

Still not as fast as Boardman's 17.54, which was done in a club event so it doesn't count as a comp record.
