Eastway 11th March 2006 3rd and 4ths

so two weeks off for skiing - came back and felt strong - well before the race anyway!

did too much work near the front at the start and suffered big time on 12 laps to go! looked around and found i was near the back.. nearly pulled out but managed to get some food down and recovered with 5 laps to go..

got fairly near the front for the sprint but not close enough and came in 20th.. need to go earlier next time

oh well there is still next week!!

Congrats on your win and 3rd cat licence, should be able to do the road races now......maybe the ACC promotion? Sure Paul wouldn't mind using the finish favoured for sprinters
