Welsh CA 25 - 5 May 2013

Another trip to the superfast R25/3L in South Wales. The main event closed on a 57:59 so a high quality field for an event which included the Welsh championship. Given my current form I wasn't expecting too much but this course always seems to get the best out of me and I recorded a very pleasing 58:19. I had set myself a target some years ago of trying to beat 60 mins at 60 so that's mission accomplished already! The good news is that I hope to ride this course a couple more times later in the year.
