Tough course around Cowfold, Bolney, Henfield, Washington. Heavy very rolling roads.

Only my second puncture in five seasons so hey-ho. It was an older tub which I've been thinking needed replacing soon so no real financial loss. I had a 23mph average to that point so was got over the early rolls okay.
