My last trip to South Wales (R25/3L) this year for what it was worth. I wasn't fast enough to get in the main event so rode in the overflow event which, rumour had it, closed on a 58! The conditions were cold (9C) with occasional showers but only a relatively light wind - a potentially fast day for those who can cope with the cold. Unfortunately I'm not one of those and whilst three layers of clothing kept my body warm, neither my lungs nor legs would function properly. I struggled all the way round to record 58:37 which sounds ok but was some way below my current form - the winning time in the overflow event was 49:50! The main event was won by Bottrill with a 46.

At least on the bright side it seems it was better than the SCCU 25.

No more little gwyliau this year then Steve . I take it those at the top of the overflow event results hadn't been to Wales before.
