Cwmcarn Paragon 25 - 9/8/14

My second trip to the Usk/Monmouth R25/7 course this season. Conditions similar to last time - mostly bright but breezy and managed to dodge any showers. Fast to the turn again but I felt stronger on the return leg this time to record a season's best 58:15 (I'm beginning to shake off the 24s).
