Drove out, very cold, very wet, very windy, didn't start, drove home.

This has to be the worst August since last year! I'm really looking forward to Jon's Addiscombe float events in September.

You should've got out of bed earlier Steve.

Keith and I headed out to Kent for the VC Elan 10. Lovely and sunny and not too much wind. Nice downhill start, stonking long flat section, bit of a drag towards the turn, nice return leg except for nasty drag up the last mile. 24.29 - best result this year.

Bad luck Steve feels like a wasted day. There's a few of us who've had to TT in sh1t weather this year so Jon could be in trouble if his float promises don't roll in .

Nice one Tamar, everything seems to be falling in to place for a flying finish this year.
