Cardiff 100 Miles RC 25 - 18 July

Back in South Wales this Saturday on the R25/7. Bit of a funny old day with strong winds blowing all the time travelling to the event but falling away almost completely for the event itself with grey skies and rain threatening (but no actual rain and it got brighter towards the end of my ride). The good conditions meant a quick ride of just over 28 mins to the halfway point but a slightly harder and slower return with me running out of horsepower towards the end. Still very pleased to end with a season's best of 58:07 .
