Yes, that was extremely poor road positioning, even with the car hooting him for a full minute and me shouting at him he didn't get the message. I had a word with him after the race as well and he seemed completely oblivious to the danger he put himself, the car driver and the other riders behind him into. I am pleased that the commissaire took action in what had been a really tidy and good race up until that point.
