Marek,

You're welcome to have a crack at Goodwood on Sunday October 12th. Unfortunately, it will probably be even windier then! That said I'm hoping the big boys will have stopped racing by then so the E/1/2s might be a little more sensible.

See you there!

Wicked Toks. You seem to be racing less than most, but doing the right things when you are.

Hey Toks, superb, congatulations mate. I knew this would happen one day and so did you!!!!

All those races, you kept them quite.....the whole damn year and at last it paid off. You must be so thrilled to win alone and enjoy the moment. I was helping with the 5 day, including Goodwood, and you know what they never bloomin told me until today!!!!

Toks, God (that Keith Butler bloke) was watching as Com 1 and he said " your ride was a goodun and that you thouroughly deserved the win. That you had looked strong all race and really flew across to what was the decisive move, then got away to win alone in style" Or at least words to that effect.

I'm just so delighted for you Toks, really well done Sir

Thanks Sylv, I have to confess I spared you at least 3-4 race reports - just too depressing :( [quote="KeithK"]Hey Toks, superb, congatulations mate. I knew this would happen one day and so did you!!!!

Cheers K K. I'm glad the handicaps are nearly over Keith Butler might have been tempted to put me in with Adam and the fast boys. Not good!

Yeah you know what its like mate. Whether you've just got a PB in a TT, hit some goal in sportiv or won a race its a real buzz for a day or two. It will probably never happen again but riding away from the rest of the field is a dream scenario. Ever since I watch Armstrong et al do it in the tour i thought 'yeah that would be so cool'...Big up all the oldie but goodies (OBG's) in the Olympics. I hear one of the Argentinian' madison race winners is the same age as me. A super young 43  8) 8) 8)
