There was a guy from CSC using Zipps but he fell off on the cobbles going round a corner.

[quote="Toks"]Hey great to see all you ACC boys in action especially 4th cats. keep going things will continue to get better. Brilliant to hear about John's win. Was he wearing another jersey as part of a race tactic? I swear he had an ACC shirt on in the Henfold race :D

I hope Jon's not changed teams already! Though he might get approached very soon ...

Yep...he'll probably be snapped up by some soulless sponsored team.

I did see that but thought I'd keep schtum. Ambrosio rims are great for handbuilt wheels.

That was Lars Michaelsen you refer to who 'fell' off, did you see just before that he was in the chasing group (1min down on O' Grady) then changed bikes... falling off in the process as well!

On the new bike, with 404's he crashed while going too hard i suspect. Question is, why change bikes!? Either have the bottle to go on Zipps from km 0 or dont use 'em at all. Otherwise CSC might have got the old one two!

Oh well, gotta say O' Grady certainly deserved the win, what a legend! He's a bit of a hard case as well!

hi Toks, I 'd wondered what happened to Neil Stone, as he was one of the few others who did some track racing, I met him a few times down at HH. Haven't seen him around yet.

tut tut yeah some guys get all coy and exgirfriendish when they switch racing teams, often acting as if they don't know you. On the other hand there are some right old tarts out there who act as if nothings changed..
