We'll be the unmarked men, nice and stealthy

... well apart from having race numbers 1 and 2

From London Dynamo site..

Agree with all points. However, I think our principal problem yesterday was not having anyone in the break to start with. Joe worked f**king hard to get in to one but the rest of us were probably a little gun shy.

Defending a break has got to be a better option than pulling one back. The Addiscombe rider who pipped Tony made it quite clear that he was just going to sit on the Dynamo riders at the front for the last lap and be satisfied with being towed round to the end.

I love those guys - eight of them in the race; none in the break and the lead out train led to Sylv winning the bunch Sprint  8) 8) 8) :D :D

Oh and this Tony that they speak of only came up front in the last few k's unlike Sylv who was pretty much up front for the whole race :D

You're absolutely right - I was!

We cocked up badly. I take the smallest slivver of comfort from knowing I was somewhere near the front most of the race and got half a result at the end. However, it is only the smallest slivver.

Sylv rode a canny race.

See you all shortly

Huw

Welcome aboard Huw. The American Chris Baldwin from Eagle Road RC was telling me how honorable you were by not trying to organise a chase when he was off the front at Hog Hill in the Masters Race. Its been two weeks and he's still glowing with pride, saw him at Regents Park on Monday evening. Its amazing how good winning a race can make you feel :D

Thanks Toks; he's seems like a really nice guy. I might be less honorable next time though!

Catch you at a race soon.
