Very pleasant, thanks Toks. I think it'll be a few weeks before I might know whether it's had any beneficial effects though.
I do know that's it's taken a couple of rides to get back on the boil though. I did a 20 minute test on Wednesday evening with shockingly bad numbers.
That was partly the motivation to do yesterday's handicap.-
