Cardiff 100 Miles RC 25 - 10 June

This was my second ride on the fast R25/7 course in South Wales this year. A pleasantly warm afternoon, but a very stiff south westerly wind meant a superfast ride was out of the question once again. The wind was the opposite to my last ride on the course which meant fast out (27 mins to the halfway point!) but vey hard back (stuggling to do evens for long stretches). In the end I managed to get round without a repeat of last weekend's dnf horror show to record 59:19.
