Velocity Bikes CC 10 - 7th August

Just me from the ACC for this early evening 10 on the Liss/Liphook course on the A3. For a change the conditions were very good indeed, though I did get slightly wet warming up in a light shower. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take full advantage of the conditions as I was still stuggling with the effects of a second viral infection in the space of a month. I guess my 23:07 was reasonable given my current state but there were four 19 minute rides in the event! It's been a frustrating season with some very erratic form and I'm already hoping next year will be better.
