Nearly 40 starters so the mist popular one ever. A nice ride over to Kingston to don my number and pedal hard to the coast.
The miles just flew by and before I knew it I was almost there, down near Washington hill there was a triathlon going on the same route as us, oh my god they ate so slow, it must gave been an ironman or something the numbers I was leaving in my wake;)
Anyway at the last roundabout in Worthing MR PVT was there to cheer me on and of course join us all for breakfast on the sea front!!!
Well I finished with a 1.53.02 slower than last year but still the quickest time:)
A fast ride back to Horsham with PVT back along the draggy night circuit saw me with 90 mikes in the legs and back home at lunchtime
