Jon H and I down for this one on the lovely F20, a nice course, flat and decent surface.

Warming up I couldn't tell what the wind was doing, in truth not a lot, so just went hard and hang on. Seemed to work, did a 22:38, Jon did a 23:21 and the winner did 19:22.

A good evening and then straight on to the Travelodge at Sandy for a 25 on the F1 the following morning.

PB's 22:00 from the same course Steve. Hopefully some form might be arriving, with so little miles and training this year I think it might turn up in fits and starts but fingers crossed they coinside with decent days .

I went under 21 minutes on that course once, when I was fit and in good weather conditions. When everything slots into place it's very fast!
