Cardiff 100 Miles RCC 25 - 06/07/13

At last, a nice day on a nice course. Back in South Wales on Saturday on the slightly slower Usk/Monmouth course (R25/7) in lovely weather apart from a stonger breeze than one might hope for. The conditions meant a very fast first 5 or 6 miles followed by a steady try all the way ride to finish with a season's best 57:22. This was a much better ride than last week though the breeze was enough to stop me getting close to my best on this course.
