Just to let the club know. I managed to win the handicap at the Redmon CC 10 mile TT last saturday at Holmwood with 24.28 much better than my last official recorded time on the sam course, a couple of months prior.

There were some other ACCers out, putting in strong rides. I'm looking to take a 30-60s off using tri-bars.

Good luck to all participants on Saturday at the Addiscombe promotion. Won't be there.
All I can say is hammer the last two miles up hill!!
