I'm a bit late posting this result for last Saturday's 25 but here it is. The weather was bright, dry but VERY WINDY - several riders abandoned after being buffeted by the wind though I found it manageable. My time of 1:01:37 reflected the tough conditions and I was reasonably pleased with it until I noticed John Woodburn had done 59:18! More training required.

Woodburn's not human though, and I expect he had more favourable wind conditions, it calmed down for later riders etc , etc. .
