Don't know of any results but saw this on the Imperial website, doesn't sound like there wasn't much love going on out there.

OK, so you think I’ve done the results already, well think again! I’m putting my feet up until tomorrow when the wine has worn off.

Just a quick update…

Ben Smith (4th Cat racer) is feeling a little sore from his tumble today so he’ll be back on his bike after some TLC from his Mum.

Richard Black (E123 racer) had a head xray and they found his brain which took them completely by surprise as racers don’t have one. The amazed doctor said Richard and Brain will be fine and ready for racing in a few days. (Take it easy Richard.)

Marcus Brueton (E123 racer) was patched up so well at track side, that at hospital, they just checked him over, cleaned him up a little more and sent him home. He should be back on his bike in about week (Not any earlier Marcus, rest up).

Hope you're okay Marcus, just a few minor war wounds to impress the laydees with.

Thanks Andy, I'm OK thanks if a bit sore. The main issue is a deep cut to my shin which has stero-strips on (but not stitches as they thought at the track). Most of the grazes are healing nicely and I'll be back on the bike in a couple of days - giving the cut a chance to close up OK - then I can remove the dressing and see how impressive the scar is.

My first crash in 10 years of road racing and at least no broken bones or head injuries so I guess I was lucky-ish. A bit annoying as I felt good in the race and got in a few breaks - hopefully Sylvain's sister got a few good pics of me before the last lap?

Hey I read about this, and thought to myself it may be a couple of weeks before I see you coming up Reigate Hill, Marcus.

Tough luck!

Now mind what Lucy says, and stay off the bike for a week.
