This is the Farnahm Tuesday evening open 10 run on the Bently course as usual. I was going to say will the wind ever stop blowing but as I write this and look out of my window I see sunshine and calm! Despite the wind I actually felt I was going as well as I have this year so I was really disappointed to finish with 24:11 - it must have been harder than I thought! Richard Prebble was fastest with 20:51.

Having been there for the first time for the Charlotteville 50 it struck me that when the wind picks up on that road you can have a nasty leg in one direction.
