Good ride Andrew a couple of good scalps there.
The tandem is really fast once you get it going, although the drags are really hard work.

Paul H and I had a good ride could have been smoother.

paul kept shouting at me to raise the cadence, I thought he said raise the grears so I notched it down a cog

We had Adam in our sights after a couple of miles, and took us to the turn to reel him in closer, I took the turn a little too conservatively which took us another mile before we managed to pass him.

Then whizzed past Robert and Dominic who were drafting each other

So only 20 seconds off the tandem 10 record on a miserable evening and Holmwood, I'd say a 19's definitely on the cards!

Great evenings ride thanks to all the helpers and well done to everyone who took park.

p.s. I think paul Hone quite enjoyed it in the end :D

Cheers George, nice to just nip in under Kenwood :D .

Fast rides by Adam and Matt. Lonely out there for me with Matt and Jon in front of me I never saw them, but on the plus side I never saw anyone approaching me from the rear either.

3 races in 4 days for me so I think I'm going to give Beastway a miss tonight and rest for the 100. My reverse sandbagging went for a burton with my manky foot so no reason to make the extra effort.
