No, tweaked something I think so don't want to hammer it (for 2 minutes before getting dropped). Hope to get down for a few of them though as I enjoyed last week.

I won't be there, I have a long and important day in Uni on Thursday so don't want to be struggling out of bed!

Will be doing my own set of intervals designed for me by part of my coaching team in the morning however...

good chaingang tonight.

after a while only me paul and dominic remained.

i havnt been on the chaingang with dom for a couple of weeks, but hes certainly jumped up a few gears since then. we got a through and off going, doing a turn and pulling aside. he only dropped off the back for a bit after doing a rather large turn so it was understandable. give it a couple more weeks he will be right up to strength!

paul H is also getting stronger bit by bit, although it has been 6 weeks since he said "give me a month boy and you'll see". i wont hold my breath, but i fear it wont be many more weeks before ill have to try while going up box hill with him...

on the way back george came past us in his van, and we had a bit of fun drafting behind it, dropping off, chasing back on until we hit the merstham drag and george drove off. dom had truned off at merstham, so me and paul thundered down the A road back into coulsdon. i looked at my speedo and we had only been 1.13 mins so i went off towards purley and up some hills then home to make it and hour and a half.

real good fun tonight.
