Midweek Rides

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Midweek Rides

Hello. Just joined and sent my subs to Phil.
Formed and ran the MTB section of Basildon CC over 15 Years ago.
Used to do a few TT's and Club runs.
Out of Cycling for many years and looking to do some midweek training rides if anyone doing some easy recovery spinning then send me a message.
Alboy.

My knee is not as sore as I feared it would be today (pain and stiffness for 1 - 2 days after the clubrun the last few weeks), and I'm "working at home" on Wednesday, so I could easily be persuaded to go out for a few hours (gentle) spin to test things out. I'd really prefer a flat route rather than a hilly one.

Tis I, Marky Mark

Welcome Albony,
I've only just started riding and like the sound of some 'gentle' midweek rides. I also work from home now and again but would prefere it if we could do it out of business hours, even better now the days are getting longer. I have been on a ride with Grahame and feel safe knowing his knee is not 100% at the moment. Grahame have you ever sone a gentle ride???

These rides might have to be on a last minute dot com basis as I never know where I'll be during the week.
