Been hearing a lot about how much benefit folk can get from this method of training, and I like the sound of it cos it's intense and that suits me time-wise. Trouble is I reckon I could probably hang on to our full fat chaingang for about a mile max .
Chatting to Dominic after the SCCU 25 he says the chaingang goes in excess of 25mph, so I was thinking I wonder if we could knock out say 20/22...? I've no idea if I could manage but I'm sure willing to try. Hands up anyone else who might fancy it and we'll see about sorting something out. I can't make this Weds but could kick something off next week if there's interest...?
