chaingang tonight?

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Sarah the pace is bloody fast. I had hoped to get to these things but have only made two of them. I was dropped at/by the M23 turn off but still found them good workouts. Fortunately someone else was dropped at the same time as me so we rode as a 2-up. I only went to Redhill then blasted back as fast as I could as I already had 30 miles of commuting so that was far enough for me.

The fast guys doing this - Dom, Paul, Stu, George etc are really fast. It would definitely be worthwhile to see if another group could set off at the same time, hang on for as long as possible, but when dropped still have a group to work with. A 4th cat and new to racing group perhaps.
