I have started 'beginner' speed work on them, repeats for 1 minute, starting at 100 rpm, then 105 etc etc till you get to 120. Then a break. Then start again.

It's good, a bit unnerving now I have taken the chair away from the left hand side of me, only have the one side to steady myself.

Very good for core work. Did hands off today - for about 0.000000000000001 second.

Never tried it but videos on you tube and things make it look quite easy. Is it not just like riding on the road?

Lucky bugger Adam. I remember from when some of us went last winter you really get compressed in to the crown of the bend and you have to hold the bike down on the exit as the centrifugal force tries to throw you up the banking. Fantastic fun, think I had a silly grin on my face all day.

You would absolutely love the place Sylv.

The strangest thing I found Adam was that because the banking is so steep when you ride up it as you enter a bend it seems like you're just going to ride up and over the top as the track wall blends in with the bank.
