Pilates

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

I'm told there's a committee meeting on Monday. If the go ahead is given watch this space for a start date.

If I wasn't already doing pilates at a place that was conveniently right opposite where I work then I would definitely join in your classes :)

Yes - sorry for delay I just can't fit everything in at the mo. Looks like beginning of October will work - had hoped to get the summer hols out of the way and then start Sept but Adam has some commitments. If people desperately want an earlier start we could probably get someone else in via Adam, but for me - he's a main part of the reason I want to carry on with this.

I will post more details about exact costs and stuff soon - off to Leeds for work now

So here we are, back on the pilates page. I have carried on with my classes during the summer months but my daytime course emptied of young mothers I suppose copping off from their exercise routine to spend time relaxing with their children! In my class we got down to 3 participants and on one occasion I enjoyed 1:1 tuition.

But now the new school term is at hand they will be flocking back and Adam has returned from his adventure in the Med, so we need to finalise our arrangements I guess to coincide with the conclusion of the racing season. Hopefully we can get a regular group set up for the Autumn months and begin a weekly routine.

best wishes

Me too.....

I loved the one (my first ever) class we did have months ago, and I would never do and stretching on my own or at home.

So the chance to Pilate as a group sounds fantastic.

Still interested. If for reasons of complication it becomes difficult to arrange a regular club house session are there and local ones that we could sort of gate crash en-mass?
