i was thinking meet maybe at coulsdon south, or GB cycles, then a quick 1.5 hour blast?

Aaarrrgh. The torment. Would love to join you, but....

... I had a temperature of 101 degF on Friday (apparently this is high?) so I'm not allowing myself anywhere near the bike for a while.
