Hell of Ashdown

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

I'm working on Sunday so does anyone want to do the route for this on Saturday instead of the CR?

Sounds good to me, where do you want to meet? I'd like to start around 9ish if that suits?

Did you want to follow the route exactly or head over that way and pick it up somewhere closer to Coulsdon? I live in Selsdon and was thinking of going straight to knockholt and following the route I posted above.
