Cool, whats your schedule then... good luck anyway...

My point was going to be that riding a hard chaingang tomorow evening isn't going to increase your fittness much by the weekend. So if your doing a couple of days racing, take it easy!

It will increase your fitness in the long term and as Stu isnt racing untill Sunday, there is no reason to take it easy.
