Depends. If it's nice smoked bacon then no sauce is required. If there is an egg involved as well then obviously the correct sauce is HP.

Ketchup got my vote this time but at the cafe I've been known to have both sauces - ketchup on one side, brown on the other. sweet n sour. :D :D

My BLTs have mayonaisse but that's another story.
