Got to be having a laugh trying to flog it at that price . General spanners and allen keys at Halfords for a fraction of the cost. Some things it's worth the extra but your hacksaw doesn't have to be a Park Tools one

I've got some Ice Toolz cutters which are quite good and quite cheap from Evans, won't last as long as Park but last long enough for most domestic use. I also picked up some super dooper strong ones for cutting piano wire from Robert Dyas at a good price.
